April 12-13, 2013: Overnight Mystery Trip
Step aboard the VItoP coach for another overnight mystery trip bringing miles of smiles! A little heartwarming encounter, a touch of vibrant Southern music, some unique shopping and events, and as always, enticing culinary experiences are all included—motor coach, lodging, 2 breakfasts (one on coach), 1 lunch, 1 dinner, taxes and gratuities, entrance to attractions and cancellation insurance are included in the price. We will leave from E. W. James in Waynesboro at 6:00 a.m., from Peoples Bank in Clifton at 6:30 a.m., and from Wal-Mart in Savannah at 7:00 a.m. A deposit of $50 will hold your space and is fully refundable up until the final payment date of March 1, 2013. April 27, 2013: "Memphis" at the Orpheum
This trip features high-octane entertainment centered around the 1950s music industry in Memphis. We will reintroduce those Rock 'n Roll sounds that energized our teen years. Lunch is on your own at Beale Street and Main Street eating places surrounding the splendid Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, where we'll have orchestra seating for the performance of the Broadway show "Memphis." This is the one for your children and grandchildren—visually stunning, technically astounding and the one phenomenal musical you must see. Lunch is on your own at the Crossings in Spring Hill. June 15, 2013: Guy Penrod at the Dixie Theatre
Guy Penrod, along with other gospel greats, will be featured in a matinee performance at the Dixie Theatre in Huntingdon, TN. A buffet lunch is included at Mallard's, which has served up some good meals for the VItoP group in the past. A deposit of $20 will hold your space, and final payment is due May 1, 2013.
